Currently, Martino is active in the high-tech industry by advising companies, sitting on company Boards, advising company.Boards as well as engaging with various financial investment firms regarding leveraged buy-out opportunities. Most recently, Martino was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Director of Silicon Image Inc., a publicly traded company on NASDAQ until it was acquired by Lattice Semiconductor Corporation in 2015

John is trained in board governance in 5 countries, served as Chairman of the Board in over 12 companies, Committee Chair, Board Member, and Board Advisor in several others, and has advised governments and companies of all shapes, ownership models, and sizes world-wide. John is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
